Compassionate, Culturally-Informed Therapy

Starting therapy can feel especially daunting if you've grown up in a culture where emotional struggles aren't openly talked about, or where reaching out feels like going against collective norms. I understand how cultural stigma, fear of judgment, or family expectations can slow down even the first step — and I'm here to make that first step feel safe, respectful, and grounded in your cultural identity.

Therapy is a place for you to express yourself and share what is going on in your life in a nonjudgmental and safe environment. Seeking advice from family or friends is different compared to therapy because a therapist works to be the sounding board to your inner thoughts. This allows space for you to interpret and understand how that little voice in your head is influencing your wellbeing.
